AK LAB

The Arany Kaviár Laboratory is a community space where modern gastronomy, sustainability, and traditional culinary arts come together. In 2025, we are preparing for a unique dinner series, where we can host up to 12 guests at each event. Our interactive, modern, and innovative approach is further enhanced by the presence of renowned and highly respected guest experts specializing in the themes of these exclusive dinners. In addition to the dinner series, the AK Lab regularly hosts workshops and cooking classes and is also available for business and private events for up to 12 guests..

INTERNATIONAL NEW GENERATIONS

On January 29th, AK Lab opens its doors again, and we are preparing for a truly extraordinary dinner evening. Two culinary heavyweights from Rome are coming to Budapest: Alessandro Miocchi, co-owner and head chef of Retrobottega, and his sous chef Samuel Mego, who will join forces with our head chef, Bence Molnár, for a collaborative dinner.
 
Alessandro Miocchi and Giuseppe Lo Iudice are the two friends and creative minds behind three of Rome’s most exciting gastronomic destinations: Retrobottega, Miaomiao Kebab and Nudo Artisan Caffé. Their world is built on an almost obsessive mantra of quality - from the careful selection of seasonal ingredients to the choice of innovative kitchen techniques. Every ingredient comes from outstanding producers, presented in an extremely natural and often unexpected form on the plate.
 
The dinner that the team is preparing will be progressive, new-wave, undeniably international, and truly exciting. Join us on January 29th!

Price of the 6-course menu with beverage pairing: 69,900 HUF per person + 15% service charge
(the price includes VAT, tea and coffee consumption).

Participation in the dinner becomes valid once the dinner fee has been pre-paid.


We can accommodate 12 guests at a shared table for this special dinner.
