The uniqueness of these evenings lies in the presence of representatives from renowned and globally acclaimed Champagne houses. Through our collaboration with them, we create an unparalleled gastronomic experience for our guests.
We are proud to have had the opportunity in recent years to host dinners with prestigious Champagne houses such as Louis Roederer, Damien Hugot, and Gosset. Additionally, we are the creators of the Privé dinner series, often referred to as the Champagne Dinner of the Year.

New Year's Eve
Celebrate the last night of the year in the refined atmosphere of the Arany Kaviár Restaurant.
On this special evening, our full menu – from à la carte dishes to degustation menus – will be available, allowing our guests to create their own personalized New Year’s Eve dinner experience.
The minimum spend for the dinner (which is fully redeemed) on this evening is 95,000HUF per person, including VAT but excluding a 15% service charge.
Tokaj in Three Expressions – Sommelier’s Selection
On New Year’s Eve, we pay tribute to Hungary’s world-renowned Tokaj wine region with a unique wine selection. On this rare occasion, our guests will have the opportunity to taste three iconic Tokaji styles from large-format bottles, specially recommended by our sommelier, Dávid Kincses:
• Sauska Blanc de Blancs Magnum – elegant Tokaji sparkling wine
• Szepsy Urbán 73 Furmint Jeroboam (3 L) – characterful dry Furmint
• Royal Tokaji 6 Puttonyos Aszú Magnum – sweet, golden finale
One evening, three styles, one legendary wine region – the essence of Tokaj at Arany Kaviár.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your New Year’s Eve reservation. We would like to inform you that in case of cancellation, the dinner deposit is non-refundable, and the paid amount cannot be used at another time.

Make your event truly special with a caviar tasting experience, where our team guides guests through the world of caviar and the art of tasting caviar from the back of the hand. Our caviar tasting experiences can also be arranged for larger guest numbers outside the walls of our restaurant.
